Policies
Booking
All projects are secured with a signed agreement and a non-refundable retainer. Dates are not held without both.
Due to limited availability, bookings are confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis.
Rates & Coverage
Projects are structured using a day-rate model for simplicity and flexibility.
Half-day coverage applies to up to 4 hours. Full-day coverage applies beyond that.
All additional production or post-production needs are scoped per project.
Payment
The remaining balance is due prior to the delivery of final content.
Final files are released once all invoices have been paid in full.
Turnaround
Each project is delivered within a timeline based on its scope. Most video projects are completed within 1–3 weeks.
Expedited delivery may be available upon request.
Revisions
Projects include a limited number of revisions to refine the final product.
Additional revisions are available at an hourly rate.
Travel
AME Visuals is available for travel worldwide.
Projects outside of the Charlotte and Rock Hill areas are billed at the 2026 federal mileage rate of $0.67 per mile.
For extended travel, clients are responsible for airfare, lodging, and any required parking or location-related expenses.
Rescheduling
If plans change, we ask for as much notice as possible.
Rescheduling is accommodated based on availability. Retainers are non-refundable but may be applied toward a new date when appropriate.
Creative Approach
Each project is approached as a collaboration between AME Visuals and the client. While we bring a refined creative style and production expertise, your input and vision remain central to the final outcome. The goal is always to align execution with intention while maintaining a consistent, elevated standard of work.
Raw Footage
Raw footage is not included as part of standard delivery.
If required, it must be requested in advance and may be subject to an additional fee.
Usage
AME Visuals retains the right to use project content for portfolio, marketing, and promotional purposes.
Requests for confidentiality must be discussed and approved prior to production.
Unforeseen Circumstances
In the event of circumstances beyond control (including weather, emergencies, or delays), every effort will be made to reschedule and fulfill the project as planned.
